GRAHAM Brookland was just seven years old in 1974 when he watched his beloved Aldershot FC play for the first time. So you can imagine just how he felt last Saturday when his boyhood club clinched a place at Wembley for their first time in their 99-year history.
Brookland, 58, has undertaken various roles at the Recreation Ground over the years and was a key figure in founding the new Aldershot Town FC following the demise of the old club in 1992.
