SOUL TOWER Hamlets secured a return to Step 5 after a shoot-out win against Forest Hill Park in the Division One play-off Final.
With neither home ground available, Corinthian’s Gay Dawn Farm hosted the final which ended goalless.
Shermadin Artmeladze missed the best chance of the first half when he was through on goal, but he put his shot wide. After a bright restart, which saw Artmeladze go close, Forest Hill were awarded a penalty when Louie Maxwell was penalised, but Sidi Haidara pulled off a magnificent save.
