STEP 5 & 6
THE Northern Counties East Premier looks as though it will attract plenty of attention in the coming season.
Having failed to be awarded a Step 1 to 4 Licence, Farsley Celtic – who finished bottom of National League North – make a three tier drop to Step 5.
They will be joined in the division by two sides relegated from NPL East – Sheffield and Liversedge – while Horbury Town and Wombwell Town make the step up.
