NEW recruit David Longe-King admits it’s an “exciting time” to be at Chelmsford City after joining the full-time revolution at
Melbourne Avenue.
Defender Longe-King joins the Clarets after ending a third spell with St Albans City, where he played 43 times and scored three times in National League South last season.
It means the former England C fullback gets a second crack at full-time football at the age of 30 having previously played in the EFL with Newport County and Grimsby Town.
