EBBSFLEET United have added steel to their bid for an immediate return to the top-flight by bringing in highly-rated centre-back Ronnie Nelson from Tonbridge Angels.
The 21-year-old, who stands at 6ft 5in tall, starred in 41 National League South games for Angels last season.
Spotted by Leicester City playing for Gillingham’s academy, Nelson moved to the King Power and became a regular in the Foxes’ Premier League 2 team, while turning out for the first team in the Football League Trophy.
