ASH AIMS TO BE A SMASH HIT FOR HINSH

NATIONAL League runners-up York City have brought in another serial winner to strengthen their squad for next season’s assault.
The Minstermen have already lured Ollie Banks from 2023-24 champions Chesterfield, now they have managed to add his spireites teammate Ash Palmer to the ranks.
Centre-back Palmer enjoyed three successful years there, playing a vital part in Paul Cook’s men winning promotion back to the EFL.
Prior to that, he was a major cog in Stockport County’s National League North and National League table-topping sides.
