HARTLEY Wintney are making waves in building their squad for the new Isthmian South Central season with a quartet of new signings.
Popular centre-back Joe Gater is back for a second spell with the Row after joining from Ascot United. The Barnet trainee has also turned out for Basingstoke and Chesham.
He is joined in a new-look defence by Callum Wiltshire, who comes in from a two-yeat spell at Badshot Lea.
