IT’S hard to imagine how the start to this FA Cup campaign could have gone any better for Witton Albion.
The score against AFC Liverpool was the same as in the previous round when Cheadle Town visited Northwich – even if the journey there was bumpier.
Indeed, the visitors took the lead inside two minutes when captain Adam Moorcroft met Liam Paton’s cross with a thumping provider for a sliding Joe Duckworth to make it 2-1.
