WINCHESTER City won their second successive league game, against a newly promoted outfit, as they saw off SC Inkberrow.
Winchester made a bright start and nearly scored in the opening stages, firstly through Jamie Barron and then through Tommy Wright.
They did take the lead, in the 18th minute, through Tommy Wright, with Brad Waters involved in the lead-up to the goal.
Waters, who was in lively form on the left hand side, then set up Jez Bedford for the second goal just nine minutes later.
