New Non-League Goalmouth: How good is the National League title race?

On this week’s edition of the Non-League Goalmouth, Editor at Large Matt Badcock and Executive Editor Jon Couch are joined by the Non-League Paper’s North East correspondent, Mark Carruthers, to talk through all the latest in non-league!

The National League title race is heating up and could turn into a classic. Just four points separate the top four, whilst six points separate the top six.

York City lead the way, but Rochdale have games in hand. Boreham Wood, meanwhile, sit well placed in third.

Carlisle United, Forest Green Rovers and Scunthorpe United are still very much within range.

Only two of those sides remain in the FA Trophy ahead of the next round at the end of the month, Woking completing the fourth round with their win over Macclesfield in midweek.
