AFC Stoneham find themselves within touching distance of Wembley after a ruthless first-half performance took this clash away from hosts Hallen.
The Purps stormed into the lead thanks to an early strike from Tyrell Sampson and headers from Oliver Jenkins and Tom Annetts.
A disciplined second half saw the Wessex League leaders maintain a healthy cushion heading into Saturday’s second leg.
“I’m really pleased with that first leg result,” said AFC Stoneham manager James Phillips.
