Jay’s just the job for a Wembley jaunt

JAY LOVELL was supposed to be working at Wembley on the day of the FA Vase final.
Instead, the centre-back is now preparing to lead out Cockfosters onto the hallowed turf.,
Lovell, who has been standing in as Fosters captain with Matt Thomson injured, starred as the Spartan South Midlands League club reached the national stadium for the first time last weekend.
A 2-0 win at Punjab United ensured they got through their semi-final 3-1 on aggregate to set-up a showpiece clash with AFC Stoneham in the capital on May 17.
