Wembley finalist Gavin Kelsey says the opportunity of managing a ‘sleeping giant’ in Welwyn Garden City was just too good to turn down.
Kelsey, 50, has just completed a memorable season with Cockfosters, leading the north Londoners to the Spartan South Midlands League play-offs and the FA Vase final at Wembley a fortnight ago, where they were edged out on penalties by AFC Stoneham.
