Associate director Matt Le Tissier says there’s no reason why Sholing can’t compete for the promotion places this season.
The Boatmen rallied to their highest ever league position of sixth in Southern League Premier South last term, missing out on the play-offs by just three points after a rousing second half of the season.
This summer, the Hampshire club have put in place ambitious plans to improve their stadium, while manager Paul Doswell looks to piece together a squad capable of taking the club to the next rung of the ladder.
