YOUNG ROVER JOINS ROBINS

PROMOTED Frome Town have picked up promising young defender Ciaran Walsh.

The commanding centre-back has joined the Robins following his departure from Forest Green Rovers, where he spent the past five years progressing through the New Lawn youth ranks.
Walsh said: “Hearing about the club’s ambitions and values it was something that I wanted to be a part of.
“I think I can add value to a great side, and can’t wait to get started. I am eager to repay the people who have put faith in me.”
