FARNBOROUGH boss Spencer Day has added experience to his back line with an impressive double defensive swoop.
The Boro chief has picked up former Bristol Rovers and Gillingham captain Max Ehmer, 34, following his departure from National League South rivals Ebbsfleet United.
And he added to that with league winner Alex Whittle, 33, who has spent the last three years playing Step 1 and 2 football at Yeovil Town.
To complete a busy week, Day has also picked up FA Trophy winner Tyler Frost, 26, from neighbours Aldershot Town and 24-year-old left-back Kasim Aidoo from Chatham Town.
