Keighley Town is a name back in Non-League circles after a lengthy absence – and they’re aiming to make some noise!
There had been previous editions of the club – most notably under former Birmingham City and Wales international Trevor Hockey in the 1980s – but the Keighley name had disappeared off the map.
However, the owners of Keighley Cougars Rugby League club – Ryan O’Neill and Kaue Garcia – took over Northern Counties East League Premier Division club Eccleshill United last year.
