ARCHIE LANDS TOWN SWITCH

HARROGATE Town have completed the signing of young defender Archie Baptiste on a permanent deal.
Town boss Simon Weaver snapped up the talented 20-year-old for an undisclosed fee from Middlesbrough on a two-year-contract.
Baptiste started his career at Chelsea before moving to Tottenham and eventually signing for Boro last year. He had a short loan spell at Rochdale last term.
Head of player recruitment Lloyd Kerry said: “We are getting another defender with high potential.”
