HAMZA GIVES LEE A BOOST

LEE Allinson has revealed how a chance meeting with Hamza Semakula resulted in him adding to his Dagenham & Redbridge squad. The 24-year-old former Boreham Wood, Hendon and Aveley midfielder joins the Daggers after impressing his former Hemel Hempstead Town manager in pre-season.
Allinson said on X: “Funny how things work in football. Bumped into Hamza two weeks ago, we were short, asked if he wanted 45 (minutes) against Hornchurch that night. Since then it’s the old Hamza I know, a top player who is hungry and got the fire back in the belly. He will be great for us ...
