Reds turmoil as Fowler era comes to end

REDDITCH United’s preparations for the new season have been rocked by the shock and sudden departure of manager Mike Fowler.
Fowler guided the Reds to an impressive seventh-place finish in Southern Premier Central last season, missing out on a play-off place on goal difference.
As a result, Fowler was rewarded with a new contract last month, but with the new season just a fortnight away, a mutual parting of ways has now been agreed.
Fowler, 44, took charge of the Reds in May last year having previously managed Tamworth and assisted at Atherstone Town.
