NATIONAL League strugglers Gateshead FC have agreed a takeover deal in principle with the American-based private investment company Flacks Group.
Manchester-born Michael Flacks started the Flacks Group – a private family office, specialising in the acquisition and operational turnaround of medium to large-sized businesses – in 1983 and now boasts global assets worth over $7 billion.
