Maidenhead United have bolstered their front line for the new season with the signing of James Akintunde from Chester.
The promising 22-year-old becomes the latest attacking player to be snapped up by Alan Devonshire, who has already sign Ryan Bird, from Dover, Brentford's Herson Alves and former Staines winger Max Worsfold.
Akintunde started his career at Cambridge United, graduating from the U's youth system before making his first team debut.
After loan spells at Sudbury and Histon, he moved to the Chester in 2016, and appeared 48 times for the Blues over the next two seasons, scoring 12 goals.
Just want to say a huge thank you to @ChesterFC fans & everyone were amazing, wish you all the best in the future but time to face a new challenge @MUFCYorkRoad can't wait to get going pic.twitter.com/HVkqkqiBu2
