Wrexham sign prolific and proven National League front man

have completed the signing of prolific striker JJ Hooper on a one-year deal.

The 25-year-old caught the eye of Newcastle United while playing for , signing a two-year scholarship with the Magpies back in the summer of 2011.
Hooper spent several loan spells away from the club, most notably with in 2014, where he scored 17 times.
After a short stint with Port Vale, Hooper moved to Grimsby Town in 2017 but after finding first team opportunities limited at Blundell Park, he moved back down south with Bromley last season.
