CAV MILEY came off the substitute’s bench to rescue a point for Eastleigh with a stunning late volley to deny Bromley, the National League’s only unbeaten side, their first win at the Silverlake Stadium in seven years.
His equaliser five minutes from the end of normal time cancelled out a superb 63rd minute goal by Luke Coulson, which looked to have given Bromley a seventh win in 11 starts.
Ironically, both goals were out of context with a largely undistinguished, often techy affair which only burst into life in its latter stages.
