IT’S over seven hours since Chorley last scored a goal in the National League – their last came in the 3-1 defeat to Barrow five games ago – but there’s little doubt they thoroughly deserved a share of the spoils afer battling their way through the mud and rain at Eastleigh.
This was their fourth goal-less stalemate on the bounce, a fifth draw in six, but creditably the eighth time since their promotion via last season’s playoffs they’ve kept a clean sheet at National League level.
