AN inspired goalkeeping performance from Tony Thompson helped Altrincham to their first win of the season away at fellow slow-starters Dover.
Having missed out on three points on Tuesday away to Hartlepool United due to Matty Kosylo’s late penalty miss, Alty manager Phil Parkinson will be delighted his side have picked up their first Step 1 victory since 2016.
