Beavers win with Niko brilliance

HAMPTON & RICHMOND ended their wait to earn a first league win of the season yesterday, in turn ending the Hoops’ unbeaten start to the campaign.
Despite starting the stronger, the Beavers had to wait until the 18th minute to have a first sniff of goal – Sam Deadfield only able to strike the wall from a free-kick on the edge of the box.
But they went ahead ten minutes later, Ruaridh Donaldson timing his run to perfection down the right to pick up a ball from Niko Muir.
