Some have short memories

IT was only a few editions ago in The NLP that praise was being given to Jack Pearce for the financial deed he had been instrumental in arranging for all National League clubs.
Now some chairmen of these clubs – Hereford and Maidstone United in particular – are moaning about money allocations and seem to be having a go at Jack, and others, over it.
Some people seem to have very short memories.
If I were Jack, I don’t think I would bother again.
