BOREHAM Wood manager Luke Garrard was quick to praise his side after they dug in deep in come away from Torquay United with all three points.
Leading by Jamal Fyfield’s third-minute strike, Wood managed to withstand a strong onslaught from the hosts in the second half – much to the delight of Garrard.
