OLDHAM Athletic manager Micky Mellon praised the character of his team after a deserved win at bottom side Ebbsfleet.
The visitors made hard work of a game they dominated for long periods and were indebted to Otis Khan’s 85th-minute winner to take all three points.
“I know it’s a late winner but we thoroughly deserved it,” claimed Mellon.
