Goalkeeper Ben Winterbottom was the AFC Fylde hero as they notched a vital win over fellow National League relegation candidates Wealdstone to earn their first win since the start of December.
New signing Ashley Boatswain celebrated his first start for the 'Coasters' by handing them a 61st-minute lead before top scorer Nick Haughton produced a fine finish with nine minutes left to wrap up three valuable points.
Boatswain capped a fine home debut with his first senior goal and has become an instant Mill Farm favourite since joining on loan from Ipswich Town.
