My trip to Bradford Park Avenue foun me walking along the evocatively named Cemetery Road, to the Horsfall Stadium. I found the ground the other side of a cemetery, on an overcast afternoon made for staying in and maybe watching sport on television. Such an idea conjures up memories of childhood days watching Grandstand and World of Sport on a Saturday afternoon, and for me Bradford Park Avenue has a retro feeling about it.
