BOREHAM Wood secured their third National League win in a row with an excellent performance against an Altrincham side who had won their previous two.
A first-half brace from Erico Sousa and a Zak Brunt penalty were enough to give Wood a three-goal half-time advantage before a second half goal from Jimmy Knowles at least made it interesting after the break. “We were outstanding, especially in the first half,” said delighted Wood boss Luke Garrard.
