The National League drama reached a fever pitch in midweek and threatens go even higher when Robbie Savage and Mark Hughes’ sides meet in the late kick-off.
York City grabbed the headlines with their midweek win over Hartlepool United, with Josh Stones’ 113th-minute winner ensuring the Minstermen kept pace with high-flying Rochdale.
Five of the bottom eight also picked up points across Tuesday and Wednesday night, meaning that it remains incredibly tight at the bottom heading into the business end of the season.
The top two face potentially tricky away tests this weekend, but the headline clash comes from the New Lawn Stadium as Forest Green Rovers and Carlisle United collide.
As the National League locomotive charges on, here is a closer look at the pick of the action and which game you catch live on DAZN.

Eastleigh vs Boreham Wood
Kick off at 3pm GMT on Saturday, February 14th 2026
Two teams who have been involved in some goal fests of late, Eastleigh and Boreham Wood, could provide fireworks when they meet at Silverlake Stadium.
Scott Bartlett’s men came from two goals down to defeat Solihull Moors 3-2 on Tuesday night to secure their first win since December.
That result elevated the Spitfires up the table to 15th and they now have a six-point gap on the drop zone.
Boreham Wood ended a run of four league games without a win by beating Yeovil Town in midweek, thanks to Aaron Henry’s 92nd-minute winner at the Mangata Developments Stadium.
While the National League title appears out of reach for Luke Garrard’s side, they will want to gather some momentum ahead of a likely play-off campaign.
Scunthorpe United vs Boston United
Kick off at 3pm GMT on Saturday, February 14th 2026
Scunthorpe United will be striving to return to winning ways when they face Boston United this Saturday, having suffered their first National League defeat since November.
The Iron were defeated 3-2 by fellow promotion contenders Carlisle on Tuesday night to leave them in fifth position, with the play-offs now looking like a formality.
Andy Butler’s side welcome the Pilgrims to North Lincolnshire, who have won their last three to propel them seven points clear of the drop zone.
Boston narrowly defeated bottom-side Gateshead on Tuesday night and could rise into the top half if they defeat the Iron and results go their way.

Southend United vs Morecambe
Kick off at 3pm GMT on Saturday, February 14th 2026
Southend United will be aiming to boost their play-off hopes when they host relegation-threatened Morecambe on Saturday afternoon.
The Shrimpers had their meeting with Aldershot Town postponed in midweek due to a waterlogged pitch and are now two points off the top seven, although they do have three games in hand on FC Halifax Town.
Kevin Maher’s side were defeated by Scunthorpe United in their last outing and are without a win in their last four in all competitions.
Morecambe picked up a point against Tamworth on Tuesday evening, but they need to start winning if they want to avoid the drop.
The Shrimps are second bottom, six points adrift of safety and have not tasted victory in the league since they beat Brackley Town in December.
Wealdstone vs York City
Kick off at 3pm GMT on Saturday, February 14th 2026
When you watch York, you are guaranteed goals and drama and there promises to be more of that when the Minstermen travel to Wealdstone on Saturday afternoon.
Stuart Maynard’s men must have thought they had blown it when Charlie Caton equalised for Hartlepool in the 97th minute, only for Stones to clinch it right at the death.
That victory means that York kept pace with the Dale at the top and remain two points behind their title rivals, having played a game more.
Wealdstone were edged out by bottom-half side Altrincham in midweek, but have shown that they are capable of mixing it with the big boys this season.
Sam Cox’s side currently sit in mid-table but will want to extend their seven-point gap on the relegation zone for good measure.

Yeovil Town vs Rochdale
Kick off at 3pm GMT on Saturday, February 14th 2026
Rochdale are on a rampant run of form in the National League and will be striving to maintain their momentum when they travel to Yeovil this Saturday.
Jimmy McNulty’s side defeated promotion rivals Forest Green in midweek, with their top goalscorer Emmanuel Dieseruvwe bagging a brace in the 2-1 win.
The picture remains unchanged heading into the weekend, as the Dale hold a two-point advantage on their nearest challengers, York, who secured a last-gasp winner over Hartlepool on Wednesday evening.
Yeovil endured a painful 3-2 loss to promotion hopefuls Boreham Wood in midweek after Henry scored a late winner for Garrard’s men.
The Glovers occupy 16th position in the table heading into the encounter and will want to extend their five-point cushion on the relegation zone.
Forest Green Rovers vs Carlisle United
Kick off at 5.30pm GMT on Saturday, February 14th 2026
While it is the managers who grab the headlines ahead of kick-off, this is a contest between two of the biggest clubs in the division and two genuine promotion contenders.
Savage was managed by Hughes while playing for Wales and both men have ties to Manchester United, but now there is another strand to add to their relationship.
Forest Green’s boss has been strongly linked with the vacant Blackburn Rovers hotseat – a position which was held by Hughes almost 20 years ago.
Savage’s side were narrowly beaten by Rochdale on Wednesday night, while Carlisle overcame promotion rivals Scunthorpe in a classic on Tuesday evening.
Only three positions and four points separate the two teams prior to kick-off, as both sides appear destined for a play-off place come the end of the season.
Forest Green and Carlisle were both involved in gripping encounters in midweek, but they will have differing feelings heading into this crunch tie.
