WILKINSON BACKED IN REF RACE ROW

A CHAOTIC twist to this dull clash saw Solihull striker Conor Wilkinson sent off for an alleged racist comment towards the referee – but both managers insisted it was a mistake.
Precious little happened before the 65th minute when half-time substitute Wilkinson was shown a red out of nowhere by referee Sunny Singh Gill.
Confused players were gradually ushered towards the sidelines and eventually down the tunnel, where Moors team-mates vehemently defended Wilkinson.
