LEEK TOWN 4 BAMBER BRIDGE 1

■LEEK Town stormed back from a half-time deficit to hammer Bamber Bridge and bag their first league win of the season.
The first opportunity of the game landed at the feet of Brig’s Archie Lang in the 28th minute. His powerful strike forced Leek captain Dino Visser into making a fine save onto the crossbar.
However, the visitors were ahead five minutes later. The Blues were penalised for a foul inside the box and Cameron Ferguson dispatched the penalty into the bottom corner.
