Gritty Wealdstone capped a perfect week in their bid to avoid the drop with a come-from-behind victory over National League promotion-chasing Forest Green Rovers at Grosvenor Vale.
Two goals from talisman Alex Reid cancelled out an early strike from Jordon Garrick to hand the Stones a second big win of the week following Tuesday night’s six-pointer against fellow strugglers Boston United.
It puts Neil Gibson’s men five points clear of safety with five games remaining.
