Neal Ardley saluted “a helluva shift” from the ten men of Woking after stretching his unbeaten run to six games at play-off chasing Hartlepool United in the National League.
The Cards boss saw his team draw 1-1 despite a red card on debut for centre-back Chinkwike Okoli after he brought down Mani Dieseruvwe ten minutes before half-time.
Woking then took a shock lead in the 54th minute through a David Ferguson own goal and while Luke Charman headed in a Pools equaliser, the hosts could not make their man advantage count and the visitors held on for a deserved draw.
