SOUTHPORT brushed Curzon Ashton aside with a impressive win.
With both sides lying in mid-table, this was a game played for pride ahead of the final two games of the season.
It was a bright start to the game with Curzon’s Ryan Brooke linking up with Oliver Crankshaw to find an opening but ending up winning a corner and at the other end the pacy Devan Green broke down the right into the Curzon box and flashed his shot across the box and wide of the far post.
