TAMWORTH 0 BRADFORD PA 1

A GOAL in the 97th minute from Adam Boyes gave Bradford Park Avenue the perfect start to their National League North campaign.
It was a bitter pill to swallow for Tamworth, who paid the price for first-half profligacy and a lack of creativity after it.
Tamworth started on the front foot and Reece Styche saw an effort blocked by Steven Drench while Regan Upton’s longrange effort flew wide.
Tamworth should have been ahead on 29 minutes. Ellis Deeney’s pass found Styche who laid the ball into the path of Knights but Drench did well to deny him.
