Parkin’s equaliser stops Curzon record

JON Parkin’s first goal since January denied Curzon Ashton a club-record breaking third consecutive National League North away win.
The Nash have never completed a hat-trick of victories on their travels in the sixth tier but, having started the afternoon with the division’s only 100 per cent away record other than Chorley, Joe Guest’s 58thminute opener saw John Flanagan’s men targeting a place in the history books.
