GOALS from Danny Greenslade and Mike Symons saw Hereford win their fifth succesive home match.
But it was another barren day for Chester on their league travels, who have failed to win away since September.
The Blues’ early momentum, which saw Bradley Jackson brilliantly denied by Matt Yates, was interrupted by a nasty injury to Matthew Thomson.
The full-back was stretchered off on 15 minutes after going down under a seemingly innocuous challenge.
