Brilliant Blues end drought at Rebels

CHESTER claimed their first win in four games as a goal in each half gave them a hardearned victory over FC United of Manchester at Broadhurst Park.
Craig Mahon missed an early chance for the visitors before Anthony Dudley headed home Mahon’s cross from the left on 17 minutes to open the scoring.
The Rebels came out firing for the second half, Chris Sharp saw an effort tipped over by Grant Shenton before Chris Lynch, who had headed another chance wide just before the break, fired a great effort against the post.
