DAVID MORGAN hit a hat-trick to fire Southport up to third place with their fourth straight win.
Morgan continued his outstanding individual form, taking his tally to seven goals in six games, as the momentum within the Port squad gathers pace.
Only 53 seconds had passed when Morgan grabbed his first goal to put the home team on their way.
Brad Bauress was also on the scoresheet to complete a memorable afternoon for Southport, leaving manager Liam Watson delighted.
