Newton is the free-kick maestro

A QUICKFIRE double set league leaders York on their way to an impressive victory at Alfreton.
Sean Newton opened the scoring in the ninth minute with a well struck free-kick from just outside the box, finding the bottom right-hand corner of the net.
Alex Kempster doubled the Minstermen’s lead two minutes later, with a fine shot low across the goal after being allowed far too much space by the Alfreton back-line.
The second half picked up where the first left off, with some strong tackles and clashes of heads.
