STATUS QUO IS HEED’S DESIGN

GATESHEAD will continue to function as a full-time, professional outfit next season.
The Tynesiders have moved on from the disastrous reign of former owner Dr Ranjan Varghese that took them to within 72 hours of going out of business and are now working under the ownership of a supporter- led consortium.
Following a year of progress both on and off the field - and careful planning behind the scenes - chairman Neil Pinkerton says the club are well prepared to take on the financial pressures of the COVID crisis.
