GREENS GAIN 3G STADIUM

GORLESTON are to move to a new stadium with a 3G pitch largely funded by an £870,860 grant.
Investment from the Premier League, the FA and the Football Foundation will fund the Eastern Counties Premier Division club’s move to East Norfolk Sixth Form College.
Work on building the new stadium is due to begin in the summer.
Emerald Park, the Greens’ home since 1983, is to be demolished to make way for 97 homes.
Chairman Jamie Humphries said: “It will be a great sporting venue for the club and students.”
