KETTERING Town kept their play-off aspirations alive after griding out a second victory over Gloucester City this season at Latimer Park.
The best move of the match led to the only goal of the game from Callum Stead as neither side could fashion many chances on a surface that most groundsmen in Chennai or Galle would have been proud of!
Gloucester started the brighter and could have taken the lead inside eigh minutes but a hooked shot from Jordan Thompson could only find the side-netting.
