BUCKS EASE RELEGATION FEARS WITH BOLD DRAW

NEITHER side were content to settle for anything less than victory in what was a terrific advert for Step 2 football.
The Bucks’ Carl Baker failed to convert when set up by captain Jason Oswell, and Pilgrim Paul Green skied a shot when the Bucks were caught out.
Oswell cleared the bar when trying to catch Marcus Dewhurst off his line, but in the 21st minute the visitors took the lead when leading scorer Danny Elliott ghosted beyond the Bucks’ rearguard to guide a header past Luke Pilling.
