AFC FYLDE put in a five-star performance to continue their fine start to 2023 with victory over Banbury United.
Connor Barrett got the scoring under way after he latched on to Emeka Obi’s floated ball to hold off Jack Stevens and fired into the bottom corner.
It didn’t take long for the Coasters to double their lead through Nick Haughton when he managed to head into the top corner from Luke Conlan’s hung-up cross into the six-yard box after Luke Charman’s tireless work inside the Banbury half.
